"It was my misfortune to have my furnace go out while away in Arizona for 6 weeks. The cascade gas
man came out promptly and recommended your company. I made the call and Andrew came to the
rescue. I can't say enough good things about this choice. It seems our furnace had a few more problems
than meets the eye. Andrew stayed with the job, checking out every possible wire and box, it was a
challenge and he wouldn't give in, after a length of time he was successful, the heat was on and stayed
on. I am so happy Andrew was the service man, he was persistent and able to succeed. He was a nice
man as well. I will certainly recommend Alpine Heating to my neighbors and friends."

"I just wanted to say what amazing service I received from Gary at Alpine Heating and Cooling. He was
notified of the problem with my hot water heater in the late afternoon and he was on my doorstep at 6:00
in the evening. My problem was promptly fixed and I had hot water in the morning!!! I can't thank you
enough Gary for your fast and friendly service!! The next time that I have a heating or cooling problem,
Alpine is who I will call."

Alpine was about 30% lower. I asked for references and got them - all gave positive reports. The
installation went well. I was given a reasonable charge for a change order. Work was completed in less
than 2 weeks from initial estimate inquiry."

"Outstanding Service.
I did a lot of research on tankless water heaters before settling on the Navien CR-210a I chose it because
of the efficiency. I settled on Alpine Heating & Cooling because of their experience. I'm very happy with
Alpine and the Navien tankless water heater they installed. I highly recommend them and would use their
services again."

"Absolutely the best!
Alpine installed a heat pump and gas furnace in my home I had several other bids but felt they where the
most knowledgeable. It was obvious the sales people had been in the industry a very long time and
where from the local area. The equipment runs perfectly and has saved me a boat load of money on my
energy costs. I have had Alpine replace many furnaces and water heaters in my rental properties around
skagit county. With rentals I have a very tight budget and they understood again they are great to deal
with. Im considering a tankless heater next but im waiting until my existing one goes.

"Really good service!
After reading another post I thought I would give my opinion seeing how they have worked on my boiler
for many years. Alpine has always been prompt and professional. I know if I call them on a warranty
issue they would be there for me. They are not the cheapest, but I feel they are worth every penny!"

"The service was done at a part time *home so my window for scheduling maintainence services is tight.
Alpine was very prompt and the service was excellent. * The date and cost of service is aproximent as
the records are at that residence today and I am not."

"The technician explained the various reasons for the fan not turning off. He replaced a number of
elements saying they have internal switches that fail. The fan did not turn off.He then noticed that the
thermostat also had a switch. It was the culprit., it only needed an adjustment. So he removed all the new
elements he installed and put back the old ones, I asked him what the elements cost. He said about
between $100 and $150 each. He charged for only for the house call. ( With my lack of knowledge, he
could have sold me something I didn't need.)"

"My first call was because the exhaust vent on my water heater had been improperly installed by
another contractor who was impossible to get back to repair his own work. The exhaust was venting into
my home which is a carbon monoxide hazard. Alpine corrected the problem and responded very quickly.
A couple of years later my forced air gas furnace would not start up correctly. Alpine came right out and
diagnosed and fixed the problem, which was caused by dirt in a pressure switch. A couple of days later
more dirt jammed up the pressure switch again and they came right back at no charge to fix the problem.
I like the quality of this firm's work and their timeliness in responding."
