In 2007 the US congress passed a bill allowing the D.O.E to develop regional standards for Wa state. As of May
1st 2013 heating contractors will no longer be allowed to install minimum efficient furnaces. Meaning if your
furnace needs replaced after April 2013 you will be forced to replace it with a more expensive furnace. These
